a welcome and introduction to the program

2. Diagnostics:

measures the effectiveness of frontline managers and the impact they have on their teams, using our online Inventory of Leadership Styles and Organizational Climate Survey assessment tools.

3. Self-directed learning:

e-learning modules help frontline managers get most value from their diagnostics feedback and the workshop that follows.

4. Facilitated learning:

Day one enables you to experience what you will later deliver to frontline managers in your organization. The workshop provides an in-depth understanding of how their behavior impacts performance; and you take away concrete actions that will have an immediate impact on team performance.

A second workshop gives you the chance to achieve accreditation, enabling you to deliver leadership impact to your frontline leaders.

5. Follow-up:

You receive a full package of support materials, and a dedicated account manager assists you at every stage of the program and beyond.
